Due beta testing the next map version qualify games are not hosted all the time.

Currently the bot is hosting. You will find the open game name on our homepage http://btanks.net/v2/ or you might try out our BT Tool

I put the name of the game BTanks League QUALIFY #108308 but the message i get is the game you attempted to join could not be found ! i realy dont understand

We just discovered an old ban from February with reason "never unban this idiot". Funny we can associate that with you, so called "first time player"
