throw ur burning oil, place right after that a mine, now u can throw ur oil again.
works on 8.76c

sorry, i cant reproduce the bug.
i dont know why it happend. It was in a ranked game.
I could thorw my burning oil twice and my enemy flamed me cheater.
if it happen again i will post the replay. promise
